Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders, regardless of order size or destination. This rate is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon or minimum purchase required.
Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Total delivery time from the date of purchase is generally 8–18 business days.
Order Tracking When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to activate after your order is handed off to the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at letsingernorwood6021@hotmail.com.
Possible Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. These situations are outside our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. DANNY KINNEY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at letsingernorwood6021@hotmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
